Jed and Gary Roth were my best friends in high school. We were the three Musketeers. We had so many adventures. Most good some not so good but we endured all together. Jed was unique in so many ways. He could get away with just about anything. He could say and do things that anyone else would look foolish but when he said and did things it was cool, funny, and bitchin! In my mind all, including Jed, of my classmates at EPHS are frozen in time. When I think of them they are all 17 or18 years old. So it's a shock when I read of someone's passing. How could that be, they were so young. Then I remember they are my age. If you ever run into Gary Roth ask him about the time we rode with Jed down a hill in an old golf cart at Libby Belk's house. So to close with the famous words of Steve Crosno on KELP radio, no not "chicken fat and booze " but Yay-Boo. Yay I am still here, but boo so many friends and classmates are no longer here and that is a huge boo. Rest in peace my friend.
